From the moment we stepped into the doorway of the apartment of 30-34 La Trobe and saw the welcome pack - we knew our ‘Girls Weekend’ was going to be memorable.
The apartment was a spacious oasis in the city - and with three large rooms offering privacy - if needed - the open kitchen and living room connected us at the end of a long day of exploring the city.
I’m reluctant to recommend staying here as there is a wicked desire to keep it our special secret to ensure it is available next time we travel to Melbourne.
But if I have to - I would say - it is perfect if you a looking for a place to host 3-6 adults and are looking for something more than a hotel room and a place to throw your hat.
Sam and Maria offer a home with a little bit of luxury thrown in. We tried - but were unable to use all the amenities offered - we needed more time!

Travelling with two toddlers can be a challenge, so finding the right Air BnB can be a mission impossible. Thank goodness we came across Maria & Sam's listing! The location was perfect - we walked to the Melbourne Museum, a playground was right next to it, an IGA nearby, food joints close by as well. The rooms were perfect to accommodate us comfortably. And a wonderful space overall for the kids to run around in.
